AALC Terms & Conditions

Participation in the African American Legacy Corps (AALC) program is subject to these Terms and Silent Command’s main Terms & Conditions (silentcommand.org/terms-conditions).

Eligibility & Registration

  • Participants must be accepted into the program via the official membership process.

  • Program fees are $450 total; $50 retainer due upfront. Members may choose monthly billing ($100/month) or full payment.

  • All fees are non-refundable; exceptions evaluated case-by-case by Silent Command CEO and AALC Executive Director.

Risks & Waiver

Participation involves physical activity; members assume all risks. Silent Command LLC and its affiliates are not liable for injury, illness, or loss.

Program Conduct

Participants must follow rehearsal, performance, and leadership instructions. Failure to comply may result in removal.

Media Release

Members consent to photography, recording, and use of their name, likeness, or performance by Silent Command for promotional or educational purposes.

Substance Policy

Alcohol and controlled substances are prohibited during rehearsals, performances, and AALC-coordinated events. Members 21+ may consume alcohol off-site, outside official events, provided it does not affect participation.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by New Jersey law. Disputes resolved in NJ courts.
